Scaling boardroom roundtables are suitable for management teams; board of directors; or founders to sit down with key personnel from within the organisation, for a live scaling diagnostic. A scaling ambition is no different to any other goal, once set, you need to work out how to achieve it. As a Board, Management Team or Founder, it is your responsibility to ensure the successful growth of the organisation you have given a duty of care to. This round table is your opportunity to think differently to anything you have ever done before.

Alignment. An exercise to ensure all decision makers are aligned with the ambition set.

PART B

Live Diagnostic. A predetermined list of key department personnel will be invited to join the round table to provide their insights as to what could stop the scaling ambition from being achieved. Jenny Junkeer will contribute to the diagnostic using global insights relevant to your business.

PART C

Evaluation. A group conversation as to the state of the health of the business and whether they are ready to embark on their scaling journey.

PART D

First Steps. A collaborative planning exercise to create logical first steps in a prioritised and implementable manner.

PART E

Objections. An open forum for any participant to raise concerns or objections about the future state of scale. The value of hearing from the criticism is a robust measure of the likely effectiveness of the scaling strategy.
